Community Choice

Community Choice, Inc. is a small, privately owned company dedicated to providing qualified and trained staff, and other supports, to individuals with Developmental Disabilities in the State of Missouri. We are Licensed and Certified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health as a Provider of Community Based Services, and offer services in Kansas City and St. Louis. In addition to having staff available on an as needed basis for other service providers, we offer Personal Attendant Services and Independent Supported Living arrangements to individuals receiving services through the Division of Developmental Disabilities.
