Community Choice

Community Choice, Inc. is a company dedicated to providing qualified and trained staff, and other supports, to individuals with Developmental Disabilities in the State of Missouri. We are Certified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health as a Provider of Community Based Services. We offer services in the Kansas City and St. Louis Metropolitan areas. In addition to having staff available on an as needed basis for other service providers, we offer Personal Attendant and Independent Supported Living supports to individuals receiving services through the Department of Mental Health/Division of Developmental Disabilities.
