Community Choice is moving our Kansas City Office effective August 1, 2011. Our new location is in the Westport Manor Building, 4050 Pennsylvania Ave., Suite 323, Kansas City, MO 64111. That is on the 3rd floor, right next to the elevator. Parking is available on Pennsylvania, or in the Westport Manor Parking Garage. Our phone numbers are all remaining the same.
