Our new location is in the Westport Manor Building, 4050 Pennsylvania Ave., Suite 323, Kansas City, MO 64111. That is on the 3rd floor, right next to the elevator. Parking is available on Pennsylvania, or in the Westport Manor Parking Garage. Our phone numbers are all remaining the same.

We are Licensed and Certified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health as a Provider of Community Based Services, and offer services in Kansas City and St. Louis. In addition to having staff available on an as needed basis for other service providers, we offer Personal Attendant Services and Independent Supported Living arrangements to individuals receiving services through the Division of Developmental Disabilities.
