The management and operations of Community Choice, Inc. can best be explained by referring to the diagram depicting an inverted pyramid, comprised of the Executive Team at the bottom, supporting and assisting the Management Team, who in turn is supporting and assisting the Direct Care Professionals. The Direct Care Professionals, ultimately support and assist the top of the pyramid, consisting of people and families receiving our services. Everyone relies upon the layer below them to provide the resources, training, and all other supports necessary to do their job. This is in contrast to other organizational charts that depict Executives and Managers at the top, “directing” and “overseeing” the other employees. We believe in employing the best people we can find, and providing them with what they need in order to do the best job they can.
